Attorney Rawlins serves in the capacity of Of Counsel to Carter DeYoung with his primary office located in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Attorney Rawlins offers Carter DeYoung clients specialized legal services in the areas of bankruptcy, immigration, and real estate/zoning.

Attorney Rawlins started his legal career in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts where he served in the prestigious position of Judicial Law Clerk. In that capacity he had the privilege of working with the Justices of Plymouth, Bristol and Suffolk Counties.  Upon the expiration of that position’s one year term, Attorney Rawlins entered private practice with Delaney & Muncey, P.C. in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  There, he was able to assist clients in a wide variety of practice areas.  Following several wonderful years with Delaney & Muncey, Attorney Rawlins founded The Law Offices of Jason M. Rawlins.

Attorney Rawlins is presently the owner of The Law Offices of Jason M. Rawlins, Associate Town Attorney for the Town of Bridgewater and Of Counsel to Carter Deyoung. In those capacities, he has accumulated the experience and skills necessary to handle a vast array of legal matters in front of Town Governments, Administrative Bodies and State and Federal Courts.

Attorney Rawlins is also a Title Agent with First American Title Insurance Company, a certified member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel, District and Juvenile Court Private Bar Advocate and a Category D Guardian Ad Litem.  He has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, an Official Citation from the House of Representatives and the First Justices’ Award for Pro Bono Excellence every year since 2012.

Throughout his legal career Attorney Rawlins has always maintained a client centric approach providing clients with practical and well thought out advice.  He is committed to his clients and maintains up to date knowledge of the ever changing legal landscape.
